Default ICOM IC-R2 frequency scanner question

I bought one of these, since I wanted nothing to do with outside interference with my choppers.... My question is this. I have it programmed for the RC frequencies which is great.. but if more than 1 radio @ the field is on, sometimes I get interference on most of the channels. All of the TX's are narrow band. This happend at a different club field. At my club field, everything is fine with 3 or more radios flying at the same time.. Just the channels that they're using shows up as interferance. Is my scanner too sensative and just picking up way too much, or could it be that the other club's field has a flightline MUCH closer to the TX impound area than my field??

Also, is there a way to program the tags to go beyond certain numbers??? I have the RC Car frequencies programmed as well since I also race... but the only channels that correspond to the tags I put in are the airplane ones...

Thanks,
Deck
