Rectangular wing with square edges is simple, length x width in inches. If the wing is elliptical or irregular (tapered), it's a bit more complicated. I'd take a line from the root at the trailing edge to the wingtip, find the midpoint of that line, and measure the chord at that point, then use that for the width. It's not exact, but would get you pretty close. Measure each wing and double the number for total wing area.

make sure you include ailerons & flaps in the calculation.
