Where to find aluminum cup washers?

Where to find aluminum cup washers?
Who sells aluminum countersunk or cup washers either for cap screws or for flat head screws? I am looking for some to fit #8 screws, and all I can find are small metric or for #4 screws (commonly used in R/C car applications). Does anyone know who sells them for #8 screws?

I have found aluminum cup washers at an ole timey hardware store in specialty fastner section-have also seen them at Ace Hardware in the section for fastners - they are in the parts cabinets where machine screws and all sorts of special fastners are kept.
