Default servo muscle

I was wondering whether or not my hitech 225 mighty mini servos rated at 54oz tourqe would be sufficiant muscle to be used on a tower uproar 60. I will be using a webra speed 80 two stroke engine on it and putting it on floats. I think the tourqe is enough but they look so small!!

Default servo muscle

http://www.multiplexrc.com/calcservo.htm
goto that site, put in the figures, be a little ott on speed etc, and get your answer, will figure out what servo you need for each surface and even suggest a servo from their range.
Wingspan and cord can also apply to tailplanes and rudders

Default servo muscle

I would use a standard size servo for this application. Yes the spec's are comparable to standards but they are not as strong physically. I have seen these used many times in place of standard size servos, they did not fail they lacked power and authority as compared to other's. Certainly weight and space are not an issue in your model.
