That's okay. There was another odd aircraft designer one time, flew his heaviest plane once, and now it's in a museum. It, too was all wood, called it the Spruce Goose. I suppose we could call yours the oak 'n ash Turkey

it is some kind of vinyl contact paper stuff. going to put a magnum .15 on it. it weighs about two pounds, cant wait till i wheel it to the flight line in a wheelbarrow. ought to get some crazy looks from everybody when i do.

They still do.
I've seen many concrete sailboats being built at the Marina.

They still do.
I've seen many concrete sailboats being built at the Marina.
So a concrete plane should fly -- as long as you don't punch a hole in it

This project follows the following logic. If the black box is the only thing that suvives a plane crash. Then why not build the whole plane out of the stuff the black box is made of.

I made a brick fly. Got a Lawn DArt. forgot who made it. one of those thick wing deals with a carbonfiber rod for a fuse. Put an aluminum rod though a standard red brick mounted it just behind the cg of the wing. mounted an o.s. 1.20 carbon fibered and fiberglased the pucky out of iton it and it flew alright. flew like a brick but it flew
