Default Good plane hop-up site.

Hello I am just getting into the RC plane hobby and I have been in the RC truck hobby for awhile now. I know there are sites like 2coolrc.com for the trucks but where can I find nice add-ons and hop-ups for planes. After I get a plane built and learn to fly well I am going to move up to a bigger faster and better plane and want to add things to it. I have gone to one of the local fields and I have seen some nice things like smoke and some of them have added LED's to the birds for realism. They like to get as close to the real thing as possible but have other planes for sport. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks

you may want to stick with a basic trainer now for a while, then get a cheap sport plane to hone your skills on. it's much better to spend the time now to learn to fly well than to spend your money now and have all those add-ons wrecked in a crash. i did the same thing also when i got my first heli, loaded it with all types of carbon fiber add-ons and nifty gadgets but didnt know how to fly! then i crashed and all of my money went down the toilet. my advice: start with something you dont mind losing so much

That's really what I plan on doing. But I would like to have one just for looks until I get my skills up "at least a year down the road". I like to build things. I have a T-MAXX that I don't ever run, more a looker than anything.

If you like 2CoolRC for trucks, try www.2coolrcaircraft.com for airplane stuff
