need balsa wood
trying to build an airplane from plans only. need source of balsa wood in large quantities.
can anyone tell me a good source of balsa wood.

RE: need balsa wood
The problem with buying wood today is that most of the suppliers sell the light and medium grades for a premium. When you order, you might just end up with wood heavier than 8 - 10 lb stock. This includes Lone Star, Balsa USA, etc. I been there.

just about finished useing my last $200. plus order from Lone Star. have tried the rest --not as good. plus Lone Star has CA in bulk, which I go go thru too fast. dick
