Default Missaligned engine

I have a Park 480 brushless motor and believe I might have missaligned something in a crash. It doesnt run as smooth and with the replaced prop on shakes the plane a bit. Does anyone know what could be the problem? How do you fix an alignment problem on an outrunner brushless motor? Is the engine trashed?

Usually the shaft can be removed and replaced.

Default RE: Missaligned engine

Is the new prop balanced? I recently got a new apc E prop that was not center drilled and took it back to the LHS.
