Default Motor and battery for my new plane...

I'm currently working on a scratch build extra 300, almost 100% foam. It's 60% finished. The wing area is 202.5 sq. in. and the weight is estimated to be 18-22 oz (including motor, batteries and everything else). I just need some help to decide what type of motor I should use either gearboxed or not , the type of battery I should use, and the appropriate propeller. I'm looking forward to do just some basic aerobatics with this plane, such as rolls and loops. Since I'm still learning aerobatics , I don't think I'll be doing any hoverings. I currently have a 380 brushed motor(7x4 prop) and a pack of 8.4v 1300maH battery. Should I just go with the 380 motor with the 7x4 direct drive? or add a gearbox with a 9x5 prop? or should I just get a new brushless motor?

Here are some pictures of my new scratch built extra 300:

hacker A20-20l, and a TP 3S LiPo at about 2100mAh would be perfect

what about the speed 380 and the 7x4 prop, will it be able to power the plane or what type of gearbox and propeller should I add ?
Thank you anyway.
