Default Bipe CG location

Fellas, I need some help. I'm bashing an electric bipe to convert it to fuel with a Thunder Tiger .15. Aircraft is all foam ( but not a flattie) Wing span=28 1/4" both wings. Chord=6" including the ailerons(which are 2"). Both wings have ailerons. Stagger= Top wing is 2 1/2" ahead of the bottom wing. Weight w/o engine is about 16 oz. Now my problem. Somewhere over the years, I have forgotten how to find the CG on a Bipe. I know the 30% rule for a single wing, but I also know that won't work on a bipe. Can somebody help me out? Thanks.
