2 question's
1st.. What is the overall best prop for a OS 1.20 fs I am turning a master airscrew 15/8 K series. But I think it is flexing to much at high rpm. What are you guys turning?
2nd When I adjust my high speed needle to peak rpm I will have to richen 1/2 turn before I hear any rpm change. then 2 click's beyond that an abrupt kill. just like I hit a kill switch! Any ideas what the problem could be?

RE: 2 question's
Many think APC is the only good prop. Others like, Graupner, Bolly Clubman, Menz S, and others.
I use the MA K series. Yes they do flex. Maybe they are not as efficient as some others. They work well enough for me and the type of flying I do. I'm tough on props. I tend to bump the dirt with the prop when landing. APC, and many other, props would have to be tossed after every bad landing. The MA flexes enough it isn't damaged when it bumps the dirt.

RE: 2 question's
Thank's for the reply! I was thinking about going to a 15/9-8 APC but I don't know yet.. Any idea's on the carb problem I just ordered a O ring set for the needle valves low and High! I also think that my fueler may be leaking some air into the tank!

RE: 2 question's
I don't have a sensitive enough ear to adjust a four stroke that way. I use a globee tach. I have OS 70 and 91 four strokes. I use 13x6 and 14x6 props and set the high end at about 9000 rpm on the ground. I don't remember what either engine will turn fully peaked but they pull fine for me set the way they are.
Definitely be sure you don't have any air leaks. I don't have any fueler valves. Some people have a lot of problems with them; other have no issues at all.

RE: 2 question's
I guess I'll check to see what the lhs has in 15/8/9 prop's
And I'll pick up a new fueler valve! If I went from a 15/8 turning 9.1 rpm And I went with a 15/10 What RPM loss am I looking at? any idea's
