Default Bad Paint Job

I painted my Kadet Senior fiberglass cowling with Rustoleum automotive primer and then painted it with Rustoleum automotive paint. The paint job didn't come out nice so I tried it again after wet sanding it. I tried again and it was worse the second time. I don't want to put anymore paint on it without stripping it to bare fiberglass. Anyone know or have used a good paint stripper that will work with out to much elbow grease and won't damage the fiberglass?
Thanks,
Gibbs

Default RE: Bad Paint Job

all paint strippers that i know off will attack the fiberglass that I know off,However brake fluid will remove paint just get a container big enough to let the cowling soak for about a week in the sun in brake fluid and scrub with a toothbrush to loosen it even more.Do not laugh as this does work, the lionel train guys have been doing this for years to plastic cars to restore or to look for the clear plastic car shells.
