Horizon Hobbies Support??????????
Hello.
Has anyone had any luck trying to get help from Horizon Hobbies??
I need a manual for the JR 783 Radio.
I asked them If there is any way to get one of these from them.
I sent the email on the 19 Dec and have not recieved anything except a generic computer sent email saying that someone would contact me.
I haven't been contacted yet.

Horizon has always been great. It is Christmas, even they deserve some time off. Give them a chance!
agree best to go to the JR support area in radios. they are check during "working hours" quite frequently.

We apologize for the lack of response. Our email turn around is same day right now, a few may stay for a day or 2, but most of our responses go out same day as we receive the message, at least for the last few months. Searching through our records, I have been unable to locate the original email. I'm not sure what happened, but we will make sure to get a copy of the manual out to you today, and I apologize for the delay.
