Default Removing dry epoxy from Ultrakote?

Has anyone done this with excellent results? plz, i would really appreciate any help on how to remove dried epoxy from ultakote... steve

Default Removing dry epoxy from Ultrakote?

take a paper towel wet with methanol and let it set over the epoxy for a while. rewet and start rubbing lightly. works for me most of the time.

Use your heat gun for a few miuntes. It will break down the glue and then wipe it off with alcohol or acetone.

Shortman,
Try the hardware store

methanol = wood grain alcohol
isopropanol = rubbing alcohol (drugstore) will work, but not as good in my opinion.
