I think you may be overdoing it. My enya 90 is happy with a 14x8. Saito recommends a 15x4 for the max diameter on their 91.

Hi!
Too big for what?
You can put on a 20" prop but performance will suffer and heat will increase.
15x6 is what Great Planes recommends for a .91 four-stroke in a "You-can Do .61" and to me that sounds good, I use the same size prop in my You-Can Do but use MVVS .91 two stroke instead.
Regards!

Hobby Services (OS warranty and service people in the US) recommends using a prop that lets the engine turn 9500 to 10000 rpm on the ground. My OS 91 is pretty new, less than a gallon through it, and a 14x6 gives this range running fairly rich.

if you want to use an 8 pitch prop you may have to go to a 14 inch diameter.nothing wrong with trying the 15/8 and if the rpm is to low cot about 1/4" off each tip, rebalance then recheck the rpm/performance till you get what you want
