I just flew mine for the 1st time today. Goes great w/ OS 70 surpass. Here are the throws (from the manual):
ailerons" 1" up/down
elevator: 3/4" up/down
rudder: 1" left/right

I set mine up with dual rates, but find low rates (half of the throws listed above) for the rudder and ele more than enough, while the ailerons are on high rate.
