11x5 is my choice too. I also would go with a master airscrew they seem more durable for the not so great landings.

I run an APC 11x5 on my Sig SE with the Super Tiger .45. It runs excellent and the plane performs great. For the trainer, a Master Airscrew might hold up a little better and you won't miss the slight drop in performance. Make sure that you throttle back though, this engine can run pretty strong, especially for a trainer.
