Hello everyone: I am new to the warbird scene, with my hangar 9 p 40. As you can imagine my retracts broke during a not so soft landing, causing me to nose over and scuff up the nose cone, ect..ect.. PLease can someone help me in finding a better pair of mechanical retracts. thank you much

Sorry, there isn't a better pair of mechanical retracts. The set you have is pretty good. If you want something more stout, then you have to go with a pair of air retracts.

thanks for your help Richard. any ideas on if i should use flaporons, or install flaps on the p40?

That plane should be light enough to come in slow. If you want to do it properly, then install split flaps just like the ones on the full size.

thats just what i was thinking, have you or kno of anyone who has done that before that can help me with photos, or should i use one servo or two. thanks
