Default Fuel tank position

Building a scratch build, and the top of the fuel tank is going to be 40mm higher than the carby. The OS46AX manual says it recommends that the tank should be about 10mm above the carby.

Will i have any problems if i mount the fuel in this position?

For best results, you want the center line of the tank to be even to 1/4" lower than the spraybar.
