I think you're right. The guy at our LHS says they don't answer the phone or return e-mails. Seems like he said the lady answered once, and he got the impression that it may be health issues or somebody passed away, not sure. At any rate, he can't order stuff from them. I have a 1/4 scale tailwheel that I bought a while back. It is a nice one, wish I could get more.

I tried calling the Klett Plastics telephone number several times and could never get an answer. I am looking for two Klett 1-3/4 inch tailwheels for a scale project I'm working on and haven't had much luck so far. They did make a quality product, thats for sure. Roland
