magnum pro 45
anyone remember this eng ? app. 20 yrs. old. n.i.b. going to use on aquacraft air force air boat. wanted opinions on good/bad points of eng. CARTER

Just got a hold of one and after getting it configured (used 2 engines my first had a bad piston and sleeve, fuel was left in the engine after running and turned to rock hard shellic causing scoring) anyway I couldn't beleive the power of this engine. just remember to tighten down the hi speed and low idle screws. Mine came loose but after retighting them no problem.
