Default Livestock electric fence cause interference?

Does anyone know if an electric fence for livestock can create electric interference? Our airfield just had one of these fences put up all around it, and right along the runway, and now I am getting a full down elevator glitch when I fly.

If everybody is having problems, then it's the fence, since it would create a spark gap effect. If only you're having problems, it's your radio.

It would be unusual for an electrified fence such as those normally used for livestock to cause RF. Typically the electric part of the fence is only a single wire or tape that an electric charge is sent through. It starts and stops at a simple transformer, often plugged into something as simple as a wall outlet. I've used these types of electric fences and can't see how they would cause interference. Making contact with one will definately cause some discomfort, though.

Our field has been surrounded by an electric fence for 2 years now. Never been a glitch problem. It is a remote type of fence charger, that runs on a 6 volt RV battery. Battery has gone as long as 3 months between charges.
