If I could just get this image down to the correc size I'd be a happy man. No success yet.

Moving avatars?
A moving avatar is just an animated graphic that meets the RCU standards for image and file size. The GIF graphic format supports animated graphics. What you do, basically, is create a series of images, then write a little program that specifies the order, and the time delay between images. There are many graphics programs that can do this, search google for "animated gif programs". Or look at this page of reviews
