Get yourself some ceramic bearings. They are easy to replace. RC Bearings web site has instructions. I just did some on an OS .50SX. Here is the web site:

You take the engine apart. Scratch a mark on the back of the connecting rod and the top of the piston so you can get them back in the correct direction. You may need a gear puller to get the prop drive off. This one is an OS brank sold by Tower.
Heat it for 20 mintes in a 275 deg over and the bearings tap out. You may need a dowel to help on the front.
Put the rear on the crankshaft, heat the engine again, slide the crank in and drop the front bearing on. You may need a piece of wood to help seat the front. Oven mitts help as do vice grips to hold the crankcase.
Make sure everything turns freely and re-assemble. It's pretty easy.
