Sig Aerokote & colours
Hi All,
I made an online order, and decided to try Sig's Aerokote plastic film convering. The scheme I'm doing is basically a navy fighter scheme, and calls for grey.
I ordered the Light Grey & Slate grey, assuming they woudl be different shades of grey. The 4 rolls (2 of one grey, 2 of the other) look exactly the same.
Am I missign something? does anyone have any thoughts as to why two colours wodul look exactly the same?
Yes, I've contacted Sig, and am waiting for a reply.

RE: Sig Aerokote & colours
Possibly mislabeled.
On the SIG web site, using my computer, the two grays are very slightly different; with slate being darker.
Cub yellow, naval orange, and fire red look almost identical.
Bright red and bright orange look identical.
Blue and dark blue look identical.
Of course, the next person who looks might see colors that look totally different on his screen.
Covering is something I really prefer to buy locally because I get to see it first.
