Default Top Flite Panel Line Pen, is it fuel proof?

When used over monokote, is the Top Flite panel line pen fuel proof? If not, what do you have to do to make it fuel proof?

Thanks,
Tom

On the Tower Hobbies website http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXHX45&P=FR it says:

COMMENTS: It is suggested to clear coat over panel lines and rivet details.

So I doubt it is fuel proof, but that's just a guess.

I see, thanks.

I guess a quick thin brush of clear dope will do the trick. I will have to test...

No, washes off easily with most solvents. Wish there was a fuel proof fine tip paint pen out there.. too much to ask but would be nice.

Regards,
Randy
