I'm having no luck finding the landing gear that the plans call for (dural 3/16) is all it says. Dural doesn't have any thing that will fit or I'm just as lost as I think I am. ANybody built one lately that can tell me which landing gear they are using.

Great Planes makes landing gear in various sizes that would most likely work. You can find it on towerhobbies.com You might also be able to find a similar sized ARF or kit and order the replacement gear for that. another option is a place like www.tntlandinggear.com

Several manufacturers mentioned and different gear being auctioned off.
You may be able to contact manufacture and get what you need.
I get lots of stuff on EBay. Be careful. Sometimes you may get caught up in the heat of the auction and lose sight of the fact that you can get it from Tower or elsewhere at a better price; especially when you include shipping.
