I just bought a Fox 4.2 cu. in. Gas engine. Can someone tell me how to convert cu. in. to CCs. Also how good or bad is this engine? I know Fox has been around a long time. A youg man bought the Great Planes "Giant Aeromaster" Kit and this motor to go on it, then was killed in an auto accident. I bought the kit and motor for $400.00, new motor, and kit had not been open. Did not know what a deal I had got until I started checking prices on the motor and kit, thought I was helping the uncle out by buying this. I don't know h\the exact comversion process from cubic inch to cc,but i can tell you thr 4.2 is 69 cc's. I have 3 three Sach's 4.2's and all say 69cc in the paper work. Hope this info helps you out. By the way,use any good prop between 20/14 to 24 /12.

At 69 cc, I would imagine your Aeromaster would have plenty of "pep"
