As with all manufacturer's specs, your milage may vary. But this should give you a starting point

Here is the problem with that horsepower figure. I want to see any 25LA reach 15,000rpm. Under normal circumstances that will not be achievable.

That's why I said it was a starting point for comparison, and that the users milage would vary.

What's the problem..??? Put on a 7x5 or 7x6 APC prop on an OS .25 LA and you will reach 15500 rpm without problem.
