Can you identify this cockpit?
A friend sent me this and wanted to know if anyone could answer. This photo was published in the June 1958 edition of Naval Aviation News and has not been identified to the best of my knowledge. It may be a variant of the AD Skyraider but I cannot be sure.
Got any guesses?

RE: Can you identify this cockpit?
I agree that this is some variant of the Skyraider. The pilots's rudder pedal adjustment crank convinces me that this is the case. The crank is positioned at the lowest part of the instrument panel. There were some AEW radar equipped AD-3 and AD-4 Skyraiders. Could it be one of those aircraft?

Thanks! Where did you find it?
Thanks! Where did you find it?
Where else?
Googled for images of AD-5 cockpit
Turns out there is a website with hundreds and hundreds of cockpit pictures sorted by a/c type.
BTW, thanks for causing me to find it.

I appreciate the tip, but I did the search and found over 1250 sites. The first hundred or so *wink* didn't show what you uploaded.
Can you narrow them down a bit? Maybe you have the URL in your browser history?
