Default want to go 4 stroking

Hey guys I need a little 4 stroke help. We have a trainer with a OS46 on it and it flys very nicely at half throttle. I was wanting a comparable 4 stroke. What would be a good choice so that at half throttle we can have abt the same performance?

Thanks!! pcm

Probably anything in the .60 to .80 range would be good. I like the Saito engines. Get out your wallet!

The 4 stroke is going to act a bit different because it is going to turn a bigger prop slower, but something in the .70 size give or take is considered the same as a .46.

If you are considering the Saito 72, for a few bucks more get the Saito 82. Fits in the same space as a 72, has the same weight, but has about 15 - 20 % more power

Would you like to sell the 46?
