Default K-36 in low temps

I live in Fairfax VA and the wether here is in upper 30's and low 40's. I am thinking to put K-36 on my model. I understand that K-36 needs around 60 to 70F.

I am just wondering to know that, if I appy this primer under the heat radion ouside house (The heat radiation disks (1500 watts)avilable from Costco whcih emits good amount of heat) will it be OK?? or it could be a problem spoiling the primer??

Thanks
Srikar.

I use PPG Value Pro epoxy primer. I spray it in the garage regardless of the temperature, let the solvents flash off for about an hour, then bring the parts inside to cure. Works for me.
