Default 3w 24 i ignition wiring

Yes Im new to gas engines .Imputting a 3w 24i on a funtana and Im wondering what the yellow and white wires are for ? IKNOW THE WHITE IS PROBABLY THE GROUND RIGHT? THEN WHAT IS THE YELLOW FOR? THANKS TO ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP ME OUT.

Usually the two ignition wires must be connected for the engine to run, and disconnected to kill it - this is usually done with a switch between the wires.
