Onboard Fuel Pump?
We have been working on an engine to get the best possible fuel efficiency possible. We have converted to gasoline with spark ignition and installed an undersized carb. One of the drawbacks to the small carb is that any tiny air bubble in the fuel line almost kills the engine. First, is there any easy way to completely eliminate these bubbles? I'm guessing the best option is a fuel pump. Where should we look for a pump and what works well? Weight is a factor, so the lightest possible solution is the best.

Can someone explain how this works and how you would set it up?

Its a small tank that is close to the engine as close as possible
from the muffler you go to the vent of the large tank
From the clunk in the large tank you ahve a line taht goes to the *VENT* of the header tank
From the clunk in the vent take you go to your carb
The vent tank will always stay full and thus no air bubbles can accur.
Im going to see what i can do in the way of a simple diagram

RE: Onboard Fuel Pump?
H = header
I couldnt draw an engine so its just muffler/ carb
all the lines taht go to the bottom of the tanks have clunks
You fill from the carb and both tanks fill up completly you could use a 4oz tank for your header
