2.4 Rx
This is gonna sound dumb, but I'll risk it!
I just bought a Futaba 7C, 2.4 GHz. If I want to get another Rx in the future, do I have to do anything? My older 7C FM system would require a crystal to match. I know there aren't crystals involved, but just buy another Rx and it'll work just fine?
Thanks

Yep, just buy another Futaba 2.4GHz receiver that is compatible with the 7C (not all are). Here's a link to Futaba's compatability chart:

there are some instructions that come with the radio once you get the new receiver that you have to follow to sync the new receiver to your transmitter but after that you are good to go.

RE: 2.4 Rx
its easy, turn transmitter on, turn receiver on, then push the tiny button on the receiver for a second and the light will go from red to green. very simple
