Default Servo question for the GP Shoestring owners

I would please like to know what servos you all are using in this bird.

I was thinking of HS-645s for the tail feathers, 422 for throttle and 545's for the ailerons.

Any thoughts on this please.

Thanks
Blackie

Default Servo question for the GP Shoestring owners

well that will work but its way overkill. I had hitec 425's on everything and a 422 on the throttle and it flew great for the full season I owned it. It had a 91fx in it and it easily took the speed. The control surfaces just arent all that big on the shoe.

I used a 91 FX also and standard Futaba servos, one on each elevator, one on the rudder, one on each ail, one on the throttle. Nice plane.

I just used standard Airtonics 94102 servos and only one on the elevator. Flies just great and is in it's third season.
