Default Retract servo doesnt seem to be doing full 180

I just purchased a JR metal gear retract servo. I hooked it up to a plane in waiting and it doesnt seem to be turning the full 180 degrees. Say if Im watching a hole at 9 o'clock spin round counterclockwise it only makes it to about the 4 o'clock mark. Does ths seem normal or am I missing something here?

Thanks,
Erik

9 o'clock to 4 o'clock? Sounds like a full 180 degrees to me.

If it is turning CCW as he said it would need to make it to 3 O'clock to be 180 degrees. It's one hour short.

Most retract servos are not controlled by the trans, the travel is controlled in the servo.
