RE: funjet first flight
I cannot comment on the plane, but make sure it is flown by someone with experience! It's a VERY sensitive plane.
I've read so many times where someone will buy a cool plane because they want to fly and the first flight only lasts a few seconds and results in a destroyed plane. That tends to discourage people and they quit the hobby thinking they can't fly when all it would have taken was some training.
Hopefully you know how to fly and will enjoy the plane for a long time. Let us know how it goes.

It looks like a very cool and fun plane. I saw a video of one that was estimated to be flying at 130 MPH. I don't know what motor but it was very quick and agile. It definitely sounds like you have the experience.
As for flying over vegetables - I prefer flying over beans. It's easier to find the plane - hahaha
Good luck!

Full throttle and launch it upwards at 45 degrees - sounds like a really steep take-off, and it is, but works like a charm. I've never had a problem with mine. A fun plane.
