Which would be a better powerplant for the H9 hellcat 60.

Thanks in advance, Pete

Any 4-stroke over a 2-stroke for a warbird!!! I'd go with a saito 1.00 if it were me though. The .91 will work though....just make sure its a 4 banger!

Jeez, we haven't had a 4stoke vs 2stroke battle in what? Two days? 30 minutes?

Which would be better for the Hellcat?

If you have both right now, whichever you think would be easier to install and which runs better for you. If you only have one of them, then that one would be better. If you have neither, then an excellent purchase would be an OS91FX. It's beats the snot out of both the others for power. It swings an excellent 3 Blader for that size model. And it costs within about $10 of the cheaper of the two you've mentioned.

I've got 91FXs in both my H9 Corsair and my H9 Thunderbolt. Good balance. Light weight. Good price. Excellent looking models with the 3blades on the front, and they fly excellently with that 3blade. No problem handling that engine. Good starting. They were brutally powerful fighter planes back in their day. All three, F4U, F6F, P-47 had the same 2000+HP engine. The most powerful one that'd fit. Seems the 91FX would follow that lead. And those 3bladers look awesome. And fly great on the 91FX.
