Spraying Automotive Paints with an Airbrush ? ?
Wondering if automotive paints (basecoat and then clearcoat) can be sprayed with an airbrush .... for the detailwork (stripes, numbers, etc). I could use the regular spray gun .... but there will surely be a lot of waste/overspray. If so, wondering which airbrush is recommended. Thanks. Bob

Some automotive paints require sophisticated breathing protection. Be careful! Sure, an airbrush can be used, just be sure you know the hazards of whatever paint you are using.

I believe I paid $30.00 for my breather. Well worth the cost or I'd probably be dead or have cancer and be dying.
