Default li po overcharge?

I have a li po 3 cell 11.1 V 1900ma, that I just bought and have only 3 or 4 charges on it and this charge errored with a "CELL OVER CHARGE" warning. I have always used the Thuner Power TP-610C charger with a balancer every charge. I checked the voltage level and its around 12.3 volts.

Don't know why I got this and not sure what to do, I though of putting it in the plane and running it down a little at a low setting to discharging it down a little.

Put the battery outside in a safe spot for a bit...
It may be a fire hazard at the moment!
Then post in the electric forum they might know more about what you are dealing with...
