Default Are these places big enough for flying?

Hello Everyone
I plan to try out the firebird phantom pretty soon and I'm thinking about these school play areas for flying that are about 2 to 3 blocks away from my place.

They're in google maps(Use satellite and all these specs I made are based on the scale in the corner of the page.):

1)Type in graham middle school in search. The track is about 550 ft by 300 ft and the grass to the right is about 500 ft by 200 ft.

2)Type in bubb elementary school in search. The school play space is about 500 ft by 500 ft and the park to the left is only about 500 ft by maybe 150 ft[&:].

These places are in Mountain View, CA.

If you see any other grassy open areas close by that might be big enough please let me know.
They all allow rc planes(non-powered).

Thanks.
