sparky,

There are a lot of 26cc gassers out there to choose from. I guess it depends on your budget. I persionally prefer Brillelli, Zenoah, or CRRC. The CRRC would be a good budget engine and there are a host of the SPE enignes being sold on the market. BCMA makes a nice engine with their little 22cc Magnum. The price range can very from $190.00 thr $450.00 which would enclude the Evolution 26GX (1.6) Gas Engine.

Thanks for the info,Im mostly interested in reliability, parts availabity and Id rather spend a bit more for a tried and true than save a few bucks and wind up with an engine that gives me trouble. THANKS AGAIN. SPARKY

Using those parameters, I suggest going with a Zenoah. They've been around forever. Good parts availabilty, and are nearly bullet proof. If you want one, try B and B Specialties. http://bennettbuilt.com/ They have a strong knowledge base to help you, if needed. Like Zenoah, this company has been serving modellers for a very long time.

Agreed. If you want reliability and parts availability, get the Zenoah. If you then want it lightened up and converted to EI, call Ralph.

A Zen with A good ignition. How can you go wrong. Been around forever, very user friendly and cheap.
