Any blueprints or good parts views for the mechanics of a retract?
I have a mini mill and lathe and was thinking that i can make a very light aluminum retract no prob. i just need to see how they work then i can build my own, i can make presision bores too so pneumatic retracts arent out of my reach. I think this would be a fun metal project.
I have been going to school for machining, this could get me some extra cred too!.
so far i have made, 90* headres and manifiolds for al sorts of engines,to use stock exhaust but pack the mufler close to the side of the engine mount instead of straight orr the side. this worked great that time i put a >25 max in a 10 sized seagull electric 300s. POOF...120mph....POOF
