2.4 fasst reciever antenna question
How hard is it to get a reciever antenna fixed on a fasst system???
My wifes cat decided to turn my new 14 channel reciever that came with my 10c that i just got into her most expensive cat toy. Don't worry kitty is okay just a little frustrated since this will be my fist experience with the new 2.4 stuff

minn do you know how much is it to get it fixed and how long it normally takes???
its my fault i knew the cat likes to chew on stuff and i left it out so i'll take the heat for this one, should've put it in the shed with the rest of the rc stuff, more irritated at myself for that one than chloe.
trust me guys the cat is way more important that the radio, My wife would shoot me if i let something happen to that cat.

I honestly don't know how long or how much, but you might as well pack it off and send it. The sooner you get it out, the sooner you'll get it back. And I'm sure it won't be too much.
More than likely they'll just send you a new one and fix the old one at their own pace, so it shouldn't take too long.
If you bought it through Tower, go here:

RE: 2.4 fasst reciever antenna question
The FASST antennas are basically standard laptop wifi antennas...
there are a few types but these are basically where the sheilding of the coaxial cable is removed for a specific length...
NOTE specific length, the length acts as a filter alowing 2.4ghz and being a bad antenna for other frequencies, effectively blocks them out.
ebay should bring up a few options, they just need to have the small laptop size push connectors
