6 channel radio and crow
Thinking of buy a sailplane with flaps and ailerons.............can I do crow mixing with a 6 channel computer radio .....such as futaba......or do I need to buy a 7 channel radio to install this feature?????......Any help help would be most appriciated......

As per Futaba (http://www.futaba-rc.com/radios/feature-compare.html), you would need a 9C or higher to get this feature built in. (It is called Butterfly in the comparison sheet under the sailplane section.) You may however be able to fudge it on a 6ch if it has a airbrake or flaperon function. It would take some creative programming, but may be possible. I am more familiar with the 9C thru 14MZ radios, and on those I can confirm the function is built in.

I have the futaba 7C and you cant program crow in it. There are ways to mix in the flaps and ailerons to do some of the mixing functions but you cant do all the functions. For example, you could do a dive brake but wouldnt be able to pair the flaps to the ailerons.
