Fuel for Saito 180
Hello every one,
I am new to this hobby and have A CMP Katana S140 with a Saito 180. I was wondering what type of fuel would be good to run through the 180. Second question, I bought the Katana second hand and did not come with the instruction manual. i have look all over the internet to find and had no luck yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to find the forward and aft cg locations to complete the build.

RE: Fuel for Saito 180
I have been using Cool Power 15%...on my 180 with no problems....I also use on board glow.....
You say you are new to the hobby, do you already know how to fly? If not get a trainer aircraft and an instructor before you attempt the Katana....

I use Cool Power 15% in all of my 4-strokes (Including a Saito 150) and they run great on it.
And if you're good enough to fly this plane, you should be able to figure out where a usable CG is. Figure at about 30% back from the LE it should sit slightly nose down. That should get you in the air and you can adjust as necessary
