Default Saito 220

My new Saito 220 starts very well with glow driver on but when I remove it the throttle stick must be half way open to run and even then it runs uneven. Is my low end to rich or lean?
Thanks

Could be you have a bad glow plug. Otherwise, if an engine sags or quits when the glow driver is removed, it is often a sign of being too rich on the low end

Have you ever adjusted the low speed needle? If not then I would say it is too rich, My 125 Saito was rich on the low end from the factory and from what Ive heard all Saitos come rich as hell. If the motor is new i wouldnt lean it out too much leave it rich as hell until it gets some time on it, a fast idle is all I would try to get from a new motor.
