INAGODADEVETA?? Think that's how you spell it?? Just way too much music to mention but the kids loved that one.

In addition to listening to the TV . . . . .

I have a 15 pound TomCat that helps me build. He has to inspect each part I cut and glue.

He doesn't mind Titebond II but he gets lost when the thin CA comes out.

Grey Beard, Golden Earring is always part of my favorites.

Vicman, a friend turned me on to them when I was in Germany this summer, excellent music when you want to relax. I do agree, however, that Rammstein gets you pumped up...just dont take the lyrics to serious

WhiteRook, That is my 1/3rd scale Sopwith Triplane. I scratch-built it, the first flight was last spring. My wife is in there to give it scale, course she is on the short side, lol. Thanks on my shop, but it is not really an RC shop, I do custom cabinets, kitchens, baths, living room cabinetry, etc. Sometimes the planes take over the shop though!

You guys have me going through my MP3 collection listening to songs I havent thought about in years. THanks for the memories. (listening to Ray Stevens "Mississippi Squirrel Revival" right now, lol)

David

Inagoddadavida...baby, don't you know that I'll always be true...........Man, what a song. One of the first rock songs I ever heard, took my yard mowing money, went out and bought the album. The next 10 years were lost in a smoky haze PURPLE HAZE, hm, hm, hmm,hm........'SCYOOZE ME, WHILE I KISS THE SKY!!!

Sorry, just had a flashback

I can listen to just about anything, except rap and hip-hop. That stuff makes me want to drive-by and shoot my stereo.

Well, I'll be the first and admit I have the TV on to the Adult Swim line up on Cartoon Network. Starts at 11 pm and goes till way early in the morning. During daylight builds, usually the Military channel or History and Discovery channels. Usually never watch it, but have it for noise and comic relief.

The radio is a must. The shop seems just eerie without it so I have it plugged into an outlet that powers up when the lights come on.

Would like to listen to talk radio but I find that it interrupts my progress. I constantly stop what I’m doing so can hear what they are saying. By the same token I tired the iPod and can't do that either... Spend too much time adjusting my play list. Just easier to let the jocks at the station choose the play list and I'll listen whether I like the song or not so much.

I usually have NPR's Talk of the Nation on. Then on Friday's it's Science Friday.

Of course sometimes they broadcast junk. Then I turn on XM radio's music of the 50's; sometimes 40's. The xm radio comes off my satellite TV box. I wouldn't pay for it separately.

I like watching porn while building. The glue joints seem to harden quicker, resulting in being able to handle more wood.

I need to turn the T.V. off and turn the radio on.

When I build with the T.V. on it slows down my building progress.

I have the NIV Bible on CD. I find it very relaxing to have it playing in the background as I work on my RC airplanes or model rockets. It's my favorite time of the day, when I'm in my workshop!

Pretty much classic rock myself on my little Tivoli Audio box. Listen to a bunch of Twins Baseball and Wild Hockey out there during the season.

Have about 110 GB of music from the last 40 years and listen to that through a stereo hooked to my MP3 player.

Either there is music or TV going while I build.

I love Talk Radio & Old Rock & Roll. Basically Rush, Shaun and Beck mixed with Beatles, Deep Purple and Moody Blues. Strange combination but that's the way it is.
