I listen to a variety of music, Jimmy Buffett, or Pink Floyd, sometimes I have the tv on for noise, I love Modern Marvels and airplane shows, but I tend to watch that too much and not work on the planes enough. I currently listen to jack fm .

I have a very good stereo system that is always on when I'm building or repairing. I would miss it very much if I didn't have it.

I listen to FM radio, Chicago's best stations: 93.1 XRT and 97.1 WDRV

I also have ringing in my ears, probably has something to do with 13 years of working on (full scale) jet aircraft. If I don't have the ipod jamming in the garage, I can't hear what I'm building! I guess the sounds of a #11 blade through balsa only sounds good for so long, but the smell, that's what I love!

I always have my radio on when I am working in the garage. There are times when I will start feeling all up tight and nervous. I will stop and try to figure out why. Then it dawns on me that one of the kids has been out there, and changed the station from my mellow, to one of their hard rock:-))))))))))))))

I like all kinds of music but when I'm building it's the easy mellow stuff from the 70's, 105.5 in tamap bay. Jim Croce, John Denver.. .that sort of stuff.. Couldn't imagine building to AC/DC

I turn on the computer and log on to Pandora.com. They play what I like.

Sometimes I listen to the Classics or Oldies, but mostly all talk radio like Rush, Hannity or Savage. Most of the time I'll have the TV on and I listen to Fox News.
